Services & Bookings:

The services of India Dreams Specialty Tours is governed by the following terms & conditions:

• Destination travel schedules and firm booking orders to be notified by customer preferably 60 days in advance.
• Advance remittance against on-line cost estimates to be made as per stipulated timelines.
• Booking and reservation procedure for travel and accommodation will be initiated only on receipt of payment.
• Every attempt shall be made to secure travel and hotel reservation as per schedule, however in case of non availability of services or facilities on desired dates, alternate schedule will be informed to the customer and reservation secured under conditions of immediate confirmation from customer.
• In such cases where net amount quoted by any service provider does not include TAC, facilitation fee will be added on the net charges.
• Any additional expense during the tour, not accounted in the estimates, and incurred due to administrative levies & government taxes, additional services and/or tour extensions desired by customer will be charged extra and payable before completion of tour.

Cancellation & Refunds:

Cancellation / Refunds are allowable, subject to the outsourced services' terms of business, if intimated at least 15 days in advance. No refund is guaranteed for cancellations intimated less than 15 days prior to scheduled tour dates unless entertained by the outsourced service provider. 

No refunds are allowable on unutilised services in the tour plan. This also applies to discontinuity of tours for civic unrest, natural disasters and unforeseen conditions beyond control of India Dreams. 

15% costs from all refunds are deductible as tour planning and operational costs on confirmed tours.

Disclaimer: 

While India Dreams will strive to bring you the real experience at your selected destinations yet, for sudden unanticipated exigency arising out of any disturbed local conditions or restrictions beyond our control, the excursion may have to be abandoned without sufficient notice. India Dreams shall not be held liable on such matters. 

Customers have the option to insure self and baggage through regular insurers. India Dreams will not be liable to injuries, fatalities and loss caused to customers or third party overtly, covertly or accidentally during the tour programme.

Payments: 

Payments accepted by net transfer directly to India Dreams bank account. Local customers can also pay by Bank Draft.
